At ERB Hub, we’ve made our delivery process as easy and hassle-free as possible. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. 

We only offer next day delivery Any order after 5am Is guaranteed next day delivery. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email (check junk mail). Then between 10am-11am the following day you will receive a text with the ETA of your delivery.

We do not offer AM deliveries. Instead, we will provide a one-hour window for delivery, so you only need to be available during that specified hour. This delivery window will be provided between 10-11 am on the day of delivery. When you select your time preference before 5 pm, the delivery window will be anytime between 1-5 pm. For selections made after 5 pm, the delivery window will be anytime between 5-9 pm. Within the time slot you choose, we will provide a specific one-hour window, ensuring you only need to be available during that time.

Our drivers will provide you with an estimated delivery time and will keep you updated until they arrive. Please have your ID ready to show that you’re over 21 years of age so you can receive a gift from the driver.
